YMCA School is a 94-year old regular, full-time co-educational institution. It is a not-for-profit education service of the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) of Singapore.
The YMCA School is a multiethnic, multicultural school with a strong international programme.
The YMCA student body is broadly diverse in nationality and economic background. It caters to Singaporeans and foreigners who desire to learn good values, to acquire skills and to develop their fullest academic potential so as to succeed in life and to contribute to society in the future.
Graduands of the YMCA School shall benefit from YMCA’s rich heritage, YMCA’s worldwide brand of education, and the Singapore and international system of learning.
Admission to YMCA School is selective and is based on the student's academic record, teacher recommendations, writing and math placement assessments, and an interview.
